After the first round of skills assessment, we noticed that many teams face the same questions: what comes next and how do we measure real progress? This article does not reiterate the list of general recommendations, but analyzes a different angle – how the data collected in the evaluation can be reinterpreted to adjust training plans.

Instead of focusing on which courses to add, we chose to look at which courses have already been completed and what their impact was. For example, within a CRM program, we found that employees who had completed the basic module needed practical exercises, not additional theory. This finding changed the structure of the following sessions.

Another important aspect was identifying the gaps between expectations and reality. Project managers reported that their teams understand the concepts but struggle to apply them under deadline pressure. Therefore, we introduced simulations of real situations, not just theoretical case studies.

The conclusion is that the initial evaluation is not an endpoint, but a starting point for fine adjustments. This page provides this concrete context, without repeating the same promise in other words.
